Panhandle Regional Planning Group
21 counties formed as the Panhandle Regional Planning Area in accordance with Senate Bill 1 and Senate Bill 2 of the 75th Legislature of the State of Texas. This group is responsible for preparing the regional water plan.
Texas Alliance of Groundwater Conservation Districts
This alliance was formed to further the purpose of groundwater conservation and protection activities. The alliance also provides a means of communication and exchange of information between individual districts regarding day to day operation of local groundwater management.
