Management Plan
The District’s management plan satisfies the requirements of SB 1, SB2, HB 1763, the statutory requirements of Texas Water Code (TWC) Chapter 36, and the rules and requirements of the Texas Water Development Board.
This plan further addresses the process established by the District to monitor changes in the aquifer, communicate to the public the findings made by the District, and ensure that the plan can adapt through time to meet the needs of the stakeholders of Hemphill County and achieve the Desired Future Condition.
