Education & Public Outreach

The Hemphill County Underground Water Conservation District conducts events aimed at conservation, awareness, protection, preservation, prevention of waste and over-usage of groundwater. The District makes available educational literature at the district office, local school campuses, regional conferences, and on local news media.
