Meeting Information

The Hemphill County Underground Water District conducts meetings in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act to ensure the District is transparent, open, and accountable to the public. We believe in promoting a comprehensive solution for all the groundwater issues by including the public in the discussion. The opportunity to participate in Public Comment is made available during each board meeting as well as on each agenda item.
